We're changing it up for registration this year to make it easier for you!
We've provided a link in our links section on the left side of the page or you can click here 2010 US Open Registration and a page will open where you can register online.
NOTE: All participants must sign a release form and any person participating under the age of 18 MUST present a release form signed by a parent or guardian. All release forms must be presented on or before event day. Click here for release form.
(It may take a couple of minutes to load so be patient!)

- Pay close attention as this is a scrollable form and all required fields must be completed in order to Submit (button located at the bottom of the page)
- Below the registration form is a PAY NOW button.
- We'll accept credit cards through this pay option as well.
- If you need pay by check or money order please fill out the registration online and then mail the payment accordingly to:
